Our office is in Houston and we appear in Texas state and federal courts statewide. We are also involved in matters across the country, associating local counsel where a court requires it.
Depending on the matter and the terms we discuss, the firm sometimes charges on an hourly basis, flat monthly retainers, or contingency, which means we are paid a portion of any recovery and there is no charge if there is no payment to you. In some matters, the firm works on a hybrid arrangement. Before beginning work, you will receive a written scope and budget, and we tell you when we believe a dispute is not worth litigating.
